Puneet Rajkumar (Born 1977)is the youngest son of legendary kannada cine star Dr. Rajkumar. . He has acted in 12 films as a child artist.He has also won the National Award for the film "Bettada Hoovu". He once again entered the Kannada film industry as a hero in the movie Appu. Filled with stunts by Veteran Raam Shetty and directed by Poori Jagannath, it went to become a big success. His next movie Abhi, based on a real life incident, was also a successful venture. Married to Ashwini Revanath, they have a baby girl named Dale.
Puneeth is said to be very particular about the scripts. His movies are one or 2 per year and . He is fondly called as "Appu" and "Power Star".

My Personal and humble request to you is, pls do not cast Bhavana in your upcoming film Jackie. That girl doesnt understand kannada and she is so daring to say that she doesnt know anything about kannada and kannada films. I think we can find better talents than her in our own industry or in karnataka. Iam not being fanatic here, but it hurts when somebody(not worth) to be speaking like that. There are 5 crores kannadigas in karnataka, iam sure you can find a girl more prettier and talented than that girl. Pls consider, iam sure all kannadigas will support me on this

all kannada people will go and watch other movies so the other 2 language getting advantage of our market..........
